This policy allows me to offer available appointments to other patients seeking care. If you're unable to provide this notice, you can avoid our cancellation fee by either rescheduling within 48 hours or switching to a telehealth visit.

Every year, insurance companies reduce reimbursement rates and become more strict in dictating how clinicians treat patients.
This often leads to in-network clinics requiring therapists to treat multiple patients in the same hour. Patients are at a disadvantage in this setting, now unable to receive the individualized care they need.
With an out of network clinic model, we are able to have full autonomy over the time spent with patients, and therefore provide higher quality care.
The 1:1 approach to physical therapy results in quicker recovery time, making your life better faster!
